Sisi is 10 years old. She lives in Pernik along with her mother, father, her two sisters, little brother, grandmother and aunt in extreme poverty.
Four years ago, the social services take custody on the children due to bad living conditions. It takes 40 days for their parents to bring the kids back home, but after the stressful events, the father falls seriously ill. Sisi begins to paint and sell her works in order to help her family out.
Many people get involved in her cause. The family gets provided with firewood and a young couple puts up a water heater for them. A stove and food supplies are delivered.
Sisi paints on.
